Each week you and four others will work with a live developer to build out the various pieces of a real site. Ask questions, get clarity, and learn to code.
Complete follow up tasks from your meeting
Put into practice what you learned from your live training by building out follow-up tasks. Each task builds upon what you’ve learned in the joint session to round out skills and fill in gaps.
Get live support 24/7 when you’re stuck
As you’re building out your tasks and putting your knowledge to work, you’ll undoubtedly hit a snag. Jump on the Accelerator’s private Slack and get help from team members and Kestrel developers in real time.
Receive Personalized Code Reviews and Direction
Each Accelerator participant has different strengths and weaknesses. Your personally assigned dev mentor will review the code you’ve written, give you constructive feedback, and help you identify weak spots in your resume that need sharpening.
Graduate and distribute your resume
After you’ve completed the three months, you can continue learning (with access to Accelerator resources, training calls, and Slack) or you can graduate. You’ll be ready to plug in and get to work at an agency. You’ll get a web dev certification, a job reference, and access to our network of creative agencies around the country!
